This month with the previously mentioned Tavira Mountain Gastronomy Festival, I bring you the Guide for March 2009.

The participating restaurants in this Festival are as follows:
In the Sta. Catarina da Fonte do Bispo Community:
- Cantinho da Serra – Bemparece
- O Constantino – Montes e Lagares
- Herdade da Corte – Corte
- A Mesa do Cume – Alcaria do Cume
- Monte Velho – Umbria

In the Conceição de Tavira Community:
- Fernanda – Corte António Martins

Also take a look at the physical activity promotion programs in page 21, especially the “Marches Walk”, aimed at anyone, from the very young to the elder. Consists of weekly (Sunday) marches-walks along an average 6 to 8 km route. This is a great way of enjoying the sightseeing around the city.
