The singer is a Brazilian singer Jorge Ben, and the music title is “Oba, Lá vem ela”.

Algarve music has very strong roots on Folk, we call it “Folclore”… If you have been to the Algarve most likely you have heard about “Folclore Algarvio” (Algarvian Folk) and one of it’s most common representations is the “Corridinho Algarvio” as example here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3HZeNLkPhw
