The 1st International Harley-Davidson Meet-up event in Tavira will take place during the next 15th and 16th of May. An event counting with around 600 motor bikes and 1500 attendants.
All the participants and public will be able to join an activity program featuring music, culture, acrobatics, games and expositions.
Special attention from the program on Saturday:
- Airplane acrobatics over the Gilão River (around 18h);
- Folkloric music and dance with “Rancho Folclórico de Sta. Catarina” (around 19h);
- Motor bikes parade in the city center (around 21h)
- Performance of the band “Fourmol Brothers” in the old bandstand in the Garden of Tavira.

Tavira mountain flavors return once again to delight everyone in the 7th Mountain Gastronomy Festival. This year the festival will take place between the 13th of March and the 2nd of April among 5 different restaurants located in the Parish of Santa Catarina.

Gastronomy fans will be able to enjoy typical mountain meals, and at the same time you will have the chance to win one week-end in one of the following accommodation places: Pequeno Castelo, Hotel Quinta do Marco, Casa Vale D’El Rei, Tavira Vacations and Herdade da Corte.
This festival is associated with the “Slow Cities” movement and the “Slow Food” concept.
